Animal Protein and Meat Intake May Contribute to Early Puberty

Multiple studies suggest that high meat intake is linked to early onset of puberty, which can have many negative health and emotional impacts. One of the dairy industry’s byproducts is meat. A similar association has been found between animal protein–such as that found in dairy–and younger age of puberty. Full article is here.
