Survey of studies: vegans have best cholesterol, triglyceride levels

Registered dietitian Jack Norris, RD (http://jacknorrisrd.com/) looked at all published studies comparing vegan and non-vegan health. Vegans scored better in total cholesterol, HDL:LDL ratio, and triglycerides. Specifically, they had better numbers than lacto-ovo vegetarians, who consume dairy and eggs.
