Testimonial from successful vegan diet workplace study

This couple had tried other diets without success, but a vegan diet was the game-changer: lower weight, better health, more energy. They were part of an in-workplace study published in the July 2010 American Journal of Health Promotion. Participants lost an average of 11 pounds, by eating a low-fat vegan diet and without changing their exercise habits.
